Dear Tumblr
Dear Tumblr,
It’s been ages. Sorry for the re-posts and the music blog linked posts and such. I’ve been busy being jobless. lol As contradictory as it may sound, being unemployed is very time consuming.
I wake up each morning at about 7ish. I make breakfast for me and my boyfriend, make coffee and make him lunch. He’s out the door and I’m left with TONS of options. I could take a shower and get all dolled up and call my other jobless buddies and do a photoshoot at a random abandoned hotel. I could go to the gym and hit the stationary bike and dream of riding up and down the hills of a distant cold land. I could do laundry and then head to the pool and position the lawnchair in such a way that the creepy neighbor can’t see me. I could put on my skate gear and roll out the door to the closest half pipe or skatepark and work on my hand plant (that I’ve been working on for 13 years now.) I could make a ton of random food and eat it and then watch The Discovery Channel or Tosh.0 until I realize that I’ve watched a marathon of 6 episodes and then want to scrape my eyes off of the tv. I could paint over an old painting and make a brand spankin’ new one with spray paint and paint pens and lace and glitter and project something awesome on it and trace the projection and then hang it back up. OR, I could think about all of these things, get exhausted mentally and then take a nap. ok.
